Civil War Uniform Nco Red Wool SashauthenticAuthentic uniform sash for non-commissioned ofifers in the civil war. The sash is woven red wool (now slightly faded), over 5 feet long and 4 inches wide with 6 inch tassels on the ends. In outstanding shape wiht but two tear defects, one 2 inches and one 3 inches, on the sash. A few pinhole defects also present this sash is rarer than officer sashes and few were saved after the war. The defects do not affect the appearance.
